Looks like the grid map from beamng

I plugged in my charger at the point at home and the green light to show it was working wouldn’t work ,it has never happened before, any idea why?😢

I had one of the previous models - nice car except the hill start stuff was atrocious. I'd consider one of these as long as they have fixed that. The split second you hit the accelerator, the brakes came off instantly, and you'd roll back. Try that in a steep car park when you need to reverse ;) I did never again!

Looks stunning. But don't scuff anywhere near those LEDs. Must cost an absolute fortune to replace

I find the sat nav is not very detailed or intuitive. Also doesn't warn you of traffic jams. When searching for places its really tedious. Hou cant put in Sainsburys, Wimbledon you have to put in the actual address. I just use android connection its easier and more up to date. But shouldn't have to use my data.

Only just discovered you can higher the seat.

The insurance alone is enough to put me off, 73 year old, midlands, no points or accidents etc. £860 PA, not on your life.

Very well presented introduction to the Grandland. I'm currently thinking of swapping my Mokka for a hybrid Grandland, not an easy decision as I'm trying to get a larger boot but the hybrid boot is smaller than the normal Grandland due to the battery and extra electrics etc. It will also depend on it's ability to charge from a standard 3 pin uk socket.

why is it that the antifreeze in all of these is a murky dark green colour and not a bright pink or yellow like other manufacturers

This system is a real pain....often alerts have no reason at all...all too sensitive. Reversing & forward parking assist way too 😮sensitive all in all NO HELP AT ALL. Continously bleeps have only annoyance and are distraction in its self. Worst point: They can only be disabled for your current journey....as soon as you restart the ignition it all resets to full distraction mode (protection mode) I am a retired, careful driver not the callout engineer I once was. In 50yrs of driving this would have never assisted me. 😢

Hi Vauxhall team, My car is Grandland Turbo D, 2018. I was driving on the motorway and without any reason the all lights came out on the screen and I took my car to a Vauxhall dealer in Chester and after the day the manager called me to collect the car and refused to repair, then i took my car to Liverpool Vauxhall and they asked £13800 to repair it, I think they didn’t want to repair but they wanted me to collect the car from them, then I took my car to 8 more mechanics including auto electricians and no one found the fault. All mechanics tell me that the “fault is the system or brain, it needs to go to factory to check” so it’s been at home since November 2023. While my bloody repair process I have learned that Vauxhall took the parts from almost all brands, gearbox is from Renault, Engine is from Fiat, Steering Wheel part from Citroen and more . I NEVER RECOMMEND YOU TO BUY ANY VAUXHALL TO YOU.

How do increase the volume of the sat Nav voice on my new Mokka

Thank you for this review. One thing that makes me wonder and I find very annoying is the fact that I have to press 2 buttons (relatively far apart) to engage cruise control! Why is that? In the danish version I have, pushing the first button makes my screen say "cruise control paused" ..... but it is not yet even set or engaged! Why doesn't this first button just set the cruise control to the speed I am driving? Or even easier, why doesn't the "SET/-"-button just set the actual speed I am driving? Why do I have to "activate / alert / wake up" the system with the first button, and THEN set the speed? Never done that in my VW-group cars or the 12 year old 206's we have in the family. Dum design / programming if you ask me! Is there a good reason for this, anyone???

Vauxhalls adblue system gives you nothing but problems and expensive repairs!! Yes on a 2 year old van aswell.

Is the DEFERRED CHARGE simply an amount of time to wait once the switch is pressed or is it actually THE TIME that the charging functionality is open. For example I enter 01:30 does this mean its simply a delay of 1 and a half hours or does it mean it starts at 1.30am ?
